Intensive courses (or crash courses as they are sometimes known) should usually be taken between 1-4 weeks. This will depend on how quickly you would like to take your test & the amount of time that you have available.
The amount of training required varies from person to person. The average course for a complete beginner can take anywhere between 30 to 40 hours for manual courses and less for automatic courses.
If you’ve had previous experience behind the wheel this should significantly reduce the number of hours needed. The best way to determine how many hours tuition are needed is to take a 1 hour assessment lesson.
You would normally take 2.5 hours in the morning. Then a 1.5 hour break followed by another 2.5 hours in the afternoon. This is spread over 5 days with your test at the end.
This can be very demanding as you have to free up a lot of your time & energy. The benefits are that you are less likely to forget what you’ve learned in this short space of time as opposed to weekly lessons.
If you don’t have that amount of time to spare why not try 1.5 or 2 hour lessons daily Monday to Friday over a few weeks (the number of weeks will depend on how much training is required) with your test at the end. This is a lot less demanding but is still very effective.
These courses are flexible and can be designed to fit around your work commitments.

To determine how many hours are required for an intensive course an assessment lesson will need to be taken.
Please note that the theory test will have to be passed before booking a course.
A deposit will also be required to secure the course with the remaining balance to be paid when starting the course.
Deposits are only refundable if we are unable to fulfil the course due to mechanical breakdown or illness.
